6240 remodel list and pricing
- Install 100 Amp breaker box - $450.00
- Furnace replacement and duct work installation - $1300.00
- Hot water tank - $$250.00
- Complete copper plumbing replacement 1200.00
- Water main lead repair - $75.00
- Gas pipe replacement - $70.00
- Paint basement wall and floors - $300.00
- 32x80 rear door replacement - $230.00
- Kitchen floor complete rip up and replacement - $350.00
- Kitchen repair lower walls were panels are in bad shape - $280.00
- Install 60 in. sink base, counter top, and wall cabinets - $500.00
- Install kitchen tile (13x12) area and bathroom tile (10x5 area) - $350.00
- Install bathroom door 30x80 - $85.00
- Replace new toilet flange vanity and wall cabinet - $250.00
- Sand down resurface stain and polyurethane wood floors in living room, dinning room, and bedrooms - $1000.00
- Replace 8 light fixtures - $200.00
- Replace three 30x80 entrance doors and knob - $240.00
- Replace front door 36x80 with locks - $250.00
- Scrape and paint complete house outside primer with two coats - $1200.00
- Install 16 sq. vinyl siding + etc. and trim out 15 windows and two doors - $2800.00

- Wood facial replacement on right side of house (house gutters replaced where needed) 350.00
- Replace front with new five step stringer and rails - $300.00
- Roof complete rip off and re-deck, ice and water, 15 sq. off shingles installed and debris removal - $5000.00
- Paint complete house inside, two coats of primer - $850.00
- Scrape down and skim coat plaster all walls in the house. Drywall where needed. (included with painting).
